KINOKUNIYA BOOKSTORES adalah sebuah toko buku internasional yang berasal dari Jepang dan mempunyai beberapa cabang di seluruh dunia termasuk Jakarta . Kami sedang mencari individu-individu yang mau bekerja keras dan belajar dengan cepat untuk menduduki posisi sebagai berikut :

Customer Service Staff (Code: CSS)

TUGAS
a. Melayani customer yang mencari buku/majalah/produk lainnya
b. Melayani customer yang ingin melakukan order buku/majalah
c. Menjelaskan kepada customer letak dan arah dari area/section yang dituju dalam lingkungan Kinokuniya/Mall
d. Memberikan informasi secara jelas dan up-to-date tentang event promosi yang sedang atau akan dilakukan di Kinokuniya dan dalam lingkungan Grup/Mall
e. Menampung dan menangani usulan dan komplain dari customer
f. Melayani pembelian Kinokuniya Gift Voucher di Customer Service Counter

PERSYARATAN:
a. Minimum lulusan SMU (High School)
b. Mampu membaca, menulis dan berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan baik (kemampuan dalam bahasa lain seperti bahasa Jepang atau China merupakan suatu keuntungan, tapi tidak diharuskan)
c. Mampu menggunakan program komputer MS Office
d. Berusia antara 19-25 tahun
e. Bersedia bekerja dengan system shift (shift pagi & siang) sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan
f. Bersedia untuk bekerja pada hari libur/sabtu/minggu
g. Pengalaman kerja sebelumnya di bidang buku/retail diutamakan
h. Interpersonal skills yang kuat, dapat bekerja dalam tim maupun secara independen, mau belajar tentang hal-hal baru, berpenampilan yang baik dan rapih, proaktif-responsif-sabar-ceria dalam melayani customer dan melaksanakan tugas, customer-oriented, sikap profesional dalam kerja dan penampilan.
